Individual Trip Account Volunteering

Opportunities: There are many opportunities around the La Crosse area for families and students to volunteer and make money for their trip accounts.

Oktoberfest


Oktoberfest is looking for volunteers to work in their beer tents. Individuals must be at least 18, but they prefer 21 and older to work in beer tents. We must also commit to the number they ask to get the spot. I have put the dates and times below. 100% of this money will go to your student's accounts. If we fill these spots, I am sure they would take more help if I reach out. Please put your name and email.

pay $10/hr per volunteer. Payment is the same no matter what day or shift. In addition, you can receive tips during your shift. We encourage groups to have tip jars out for cash, and patrons can leave tips during their transactions at the point-of-sale terminals. A percentage of those tips captured at the point of sale during the day will be added to your final donation amount. You could receive more tips during the busier times or busier bars (Main and Das Bier). 

Please use the link below from Signup.com and find your group’s name under the specific day(s) and time(s) you are signed up for.   We ask that each person that will be volunteering with your group sign up individually.  This will make the check-in process go smoothly and also help us ensure your group gets the proper donation at the end of the event!

Altra Rocks


Act III will take place on September 14, 2024, and include performances from rock artists Highly Suspect, Des Rocks, and Dead Poet Society

Country Boom

Looking for a fun and rewarding way to support your organization or earn free admission while enjoying a country music festival? Look no further than our upcoming event! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make our festival a success, and in return, we'll provide you with a memorable experience and the opportunity to earn money for your organization.

As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to assist with a wide range of tasks, from campground check-in and selling and exchanging tickets to helping with merchandise sales and bartending. You'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team, and you'll get to enjoy live performances from some of the biggest names in country music.
